For the last visit with my Finnish nephews I decided to bring Broken Glass Jello. I first saw it on JustJenn’s excellent blog, and thought it looked like fun. I went shopping for the ingredients, which are pretty much Jello, Jello, Jello, sweetened condensed milk, and more Jello. When I got to the store, I realized that I haven’t bought Jello in ages and had absolutely no idea where it was shelved. I wandered around the store and finally asked someone. Of course, I was practically standing next to the section. I’m not a fan of Jello, although it is very pretty.

Once I found the ingredients, it was easy to make and the finished product was a big hit with the boys. They pointed out the parts that they wanted; they especially liked the colored blocks that cleared the white part like jiggly green and red icebergs.
